Terms & conditions

Last updated 25 August 2026

These terms cover the services Noetic Local LLC ("we", "us") provides to your business ("you"). By signing up you agree to them. They're written to be read, not to hide anything — if something here isn't clear, email us and we'll explain it.

Who we are

Noetic Local LLC, 32 N Gould St, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA. Contact: [email protected].

What we provide

Depending on the plan you choose, we set up and run some or all of: a review request system that contacts your past and current customers, a website, a business phone number with automatic text-back on missed calls, enquiry forms and follow-up, management of your Google Business Profile, and a monthly summary. The exact list is what we agree with you on your setup call.

The free start

We offer to generate your first 25 Google reviews at no cost. There is no card required and nothing to sign for this. Reviews generated are yours permanently and are unaffected if you never become a paying customer. We may decline or end the free start if your business does not meet our criteria, if the customer list you provide is unusable, or if we believe the arrangement is being misused.

Fees and payment

Our published plans are £249 per month and £497 per month. Fees are billed monthly in advance from the date you agree to start paying. There is no setup fee and no minimum term.

We never take a commission or revenue share on the work you win, and we never charge you per lead. Where you join our paid advertising service — which is by application only and sits on top of a monthly plan — an agreed fee per booked appointment applies in addition to that plan. That fee is agreed with you in writing before anything runs.

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time by emailing us. We will stop billing from the end of your current paid month. We do not refund part-months. Your Google reviews remain yours permanently. On request within 30 days of cancelling, we will hand over your website content and your customer enquiry records.

What we ask of you

That you give us accurate business details and a customer list you are lawfully entitled to share with us; that you tell us promptly if any customer should not be contacted; and that you have the authority to let us manage your Google Business Profile. You remain responsible for the work you carry out for your customers.

Reviews — what we will and won't do

We only ever invite genuine customers you have actually served, and we never write, buy, incentivise, filter or suppress reviews. This is a firm limit: it is against Google's policies and UK consumer protection law, and businesses that do it get removed from Google. We ask, your customers decide, and what they write is theirs.

What we don't promise

We do not guarantee any particular position in Google search results, any particular number of reviews, or any particular volume of enquiries or work. Search rankings and AI-generated answers are controlled by third parties and change constantly. What we commit to is doing the work described above properly and consistently.

Your data and your leads

Your enquiries and customer records are yours alone. We never sell, resell or share them with another business. How we handle personal data is set out in our privacy policy.

Third-party services

We use third-party suppliers to deliver parts of the service, including messaging, hosting and Google's own tools. Where a supplier suffers an outage or changes its terms, we will work around it where we reasonably can, but we are not liable for their failures.

Liability

Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Otherwise, our total liability in any twelve-month period is limited to the fees you paid us in that period, and we are not liable for lost profits, lost business or indirect losses.

Ending the arrangement from our side

We may end the service by giving you 30 days' notice, or immediately if fees go unpaid, if you ask us to do something unlawful or against Google's policies, or if you behave abusively toward our team.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change materially affects you, we will email you at least 30 days before it takes effect, and you are free to cancel.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction over any dispute.
