Last updated 17 October 2026 · Noetic Local is a trading name of Noetic Local LLC, 30 N Gould St, Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA ("we", "us").
This notice covers two groups: business owners who enquire with us (through our website, our adverts, or by phone), and people who call or message a business that uses our answering and callback service. If you reached an AI assistant when you called a tradesperson, that assistant may have been provided by us, working on that business's behalf.
If you ticked the box on one of our forms asking our AI assistant to ring you, that call is made with your consent, which you gave by ticking an unticked box that named us and described the call. We keep a record of that consent. You can withdraw it at any time by saying "stop" on the call, replying to any text to say you want no more, or emailing us. We never make automated marketing calls to people who have not asked for them.
Only the suppliers who make the service run: our telephone and messaging platforms, our AI voice and text providers, our scheduling and database systems, and, where you contacted a tradesperson, that business (which is the data controller for your enquiry to them; we act as their processor). Our current sub-processors include HighLevel (contacts, calendars and texts), HeySegment (review invitations and review replies), TeamFollowUp AI (voice calls), Twilio (telephony), Stripe (payments), Supabase (database), PostHog (page stats and recordings, only if you allow them), and Meta (advertising, if you arrived via an advert). We do not sell personal data.
Data is stored in the UK or European Economic Area wherever the supplier makes that possible; where a supplier processes data outside the UK, transfers are covered by the UK's international data transfer safeguards. Enquiry records and recordings are kept for up to 24 months, then deleted. Suppression records are kept indefinitely, because that is what stops us contacting you again.
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, object to processing, or withdraw consent, by emailing [email protected]. We respond within one month. If you're unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
We use two optional cookies, and neither loads unless you say yes on the banner. Tap Choose to say yes to one and not the other.
Meta sees which of our adverts brought you to the site. If you allowed it and then fill in our form, we also send Meta a scrambled (hashed) copy of your email, phone number and first name, plus your IP address and browser type, so Meta can match your visit to the advert.
PostHog counts visits to our start page and records taps, scrolls and clicks, so we can see where people get stuck and fix it. Anything you type into the form is hidden before it leaves your browser, and so is your name on the thank-you screen. We never tell PostHog who you are. PostHog stores this in Frankfurt, Germany, keeps recordings for a month and keeps page stats for up to a year.
Click No thanks and nothing from Meta or PostHog loads, and the site works the same. You can change your mind any time from the Cookie choice link at the foot of the page. Saying no later deletes the cookies they set on our site straight away.
